Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If our Product does not meet your expectations, we offer the following refund policy.
1. Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the Product does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. Refund requests must be submitted via email to mail@huhu-media.de.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.
3. Exclusions
Refunds are not available if: (a) you have used the Product beyond evaluation purposes, (b) the issue is caused by incompatible server configurations not meeting the stated requirements, or (c) more than 14 days have passed since purchase.
