Terms of Service

By purchasing and using software modules ("Products") from Custom Perfex CRM ("we", "us"), operated by huhu Media, Stephan Berg, you agree to the following terms.

1. License Grant

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on one (1) Perfex CRM installation. The license key is bound to a single domain. Additional installations require separate licenses.

2. Payment & Delivery

All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) as Merchant of Record. Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to local taxes calculated by Paddle. After successful payment, you receive your license key and download links via email.

3. Updates & Support

Each license includes 6 months of updates and support from the date of purchase. After this period, the module continues to work, but you will no longer receive updates or support unless you renew.

4. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product or your license key. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Product for redistribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Products are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
