1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason and with no exceptions. No justification is required — simply email mail@huhu-media.de with your order number and we will refund you in full.

2. Refund Process

Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.

3. After the 14-Day Period

Within 14 days of purchase, a full refund is always available with no exceptions. After the 14-day period, refunds are no longer guaranteed, but we may still grant one at our discretion — for example, where we are unable to resolve a technical problem.
